SatoriWest Psychiatric Hospital Program
The psychiatric hospital program introduces patients to the SatoriWest Method©, leading patients through the basic tenets of the program. During their participation in the hospital program, patients learn about Tunnel Vision and Perspective, as well as the six areas of wellness. They will be given time daily to meditate and will be able to chart their progress with a SatoriWest LifePlan.
SatoriWest Psychiatric Partial Hospital Program (Outpatient)
A more intensive program than the psychiatric hospital program, the Partial Hospital Program is a three-week, five days a week, course that dives deeper into the SatoriWest Method©. Patients participate in three weekly sessions focused on teaching what Tunnel Vision is, how it affects their lives, and how to achieve Perspective. There are also two weekly sessions in which the patients learn the six areas of wellness. They will be given time daily to meditate and will be able to chart their progress with a SatoriWest LifePlan.
SatoriWest LifeClub© for Mood Disorders
The most in-depth and complete program, the SatoriWest LifeClub© is intended as either a step-down from the PHP program, or a stand-alone program for people with depression and anxiety who don't require hospital care. The LifeClub© is a six-month program (intended to be repeated if so desired) in which the members meet once a week to dive deeply into Tunnel Vision and Perspective and the six areas of wellness. Members will also participate in a welcome retreat, have weekly touch-bases with their LifeCoaches, utilize the LifePlan, and form a community with their HomeTeam - the other members going through the program with them.
SatoriWest LifeClubs© can be modified to fit the needs of any organization - from health clubs to colleges to corporations, everyone can benefit from the SatoriWest Method.©.
